ABOUT

Ben was raised in Arkansas, but currently lives in Colorado. His performance dreams began in middle school when another student invited him to the community theatre. From Anne of Green Gables to Guys and Dolls, community based theatre practices developed his first idea of performance. The early involvement in theatre pushed him to earn a BFA in Theatre with an emphasis in acting from Arkansas State University.

Since graduating, Ben has performed in every area of theatre. Children’s theatre, straight plays, musicals, holiday shows, period pieces, dialects, new works, Shakespeare, educational tours, outdoors, in the round, thrust; you name it and he’s done it.

As his world has continued to expand, Ben has added teaching workshops and classes at NoCo Theatrix in Windsor, CO. Some of his workshops have included stage combat, acting, theatre business, and writing plays.

Ben continues to expand what it means to perform by setting up his own in home studio to film auditions and record voice over.
